WITHDRAWAL / B2B NOTE
Services Directed Exclusively at Business Clients (B2B)
All services offered by Torben Glamm — including AI system development, software development, automation consulting, and digital strategy — are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs, companies, freelancers, and other legal entities acting within the scope of their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB). This website and its services are not directed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
No Right of Withdrawal for Business Clients
The statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB applies exclusively to consumers. Since Torben Glamm exclusively contracts with business clients (B2B), there is no consumer right of withdrawal. All services are initiated via a free, non-binding initial consultation call. The contractual relationship is only established upon a separate, written project agreement or order confirmation. No payment obligation arises from the initial consultation.
Cancellation and Termination of B2B Contracts
The conditions for cancellation, early termination, and withdrawal from project agreements are governed by the individual project contract or the General Terms & Conditions (GTC) of Torben Glamm. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, partial services already rendered are invoiced pro-rata upon early termination. Deposits paid are non-refundable once work on the respective project phase has commenced.
